1900's Sears and Roebuck House

This house was a kit home sold and delivered by Sears on the train and dropped the package next to the railway tracks around 1905.  Our client had a vision to revive this house to it's original spendor.  Great care was taken to preserve the original flavor of the home while bringing it up to current day standards.

Cabin on the River

There once was a little dark and dreary cabin on the Yakima River. Our clients wanted to brighten it up a bit and update the cabin so they would be comfortable on their weekends away from home and stress. We gutted it to the studs and everything in the cabin is new as well as the porches, siding, and roof.

Kirkland Entry Rehab

While we were redoing the kitchen on this home the owner decided to rehab the entry porch area. Being a software engineer they found an entry picture they liked and melded it to a picture of their home and off we went. It made a very nice change.

Lakeview Remodel

This client wanted the entry extended and a large deck with living space under to take advantage of the lake views. We changed the roof to metal and repainted the home. The owner built his own beautiful stainless steel railing system. We installed a hot tub on the deck and stairs to the ground level. This was phase 1 of a multi stage project.

Dining room addition

This client wanted to add a new dining room area. There was limited space on the lot so this was the addition they were able to have with their current setbacks. We matched the roofline and the shingle siding to the existing house.

Roslyn Remodel

This was a bank repo that looked like it had a lot of potential so I bought it to remodel. As you can see from the pictures, although it is a small home it made a pretty dramatic difference in the look of the home.

Redmond exterior Rehab

We built an RV garage for this client and he liked the look so well he decided to rehab the exterior of his home. We resided the exterior of the house and small 2 car detached garage, rebuilt and enlarged the deck to facilitate the installation of a new spa. We tore off the existing chimney and fireplace and installed and new river rock fireplace and chimney. We also sand blasted the existing foundation wall paint off and installed a river rock to the foundation concrete. We also turned a large crawl space area into new office space while we were there.
